Creative Mindfulness

Stillness first, then paint. Most people walk in convinced they are not creative. Within an hour, they are painting things they never imagined. That is what happens when the mind finally stops talking. This workshop uses breath and guided mindfulness to strip away the noise, the self-doubt, the overthinking, and what remains is pure creative energy. In a world increasingly shaped by AI, this is a space to reconnect with the one thing no algorithm can replicate: your own original thought. You do not need to be an artist. You just need to show up.

Not at all. Every class is taught with modifications and options so you can practise at your own level. Beginners are always welcome.

Every class is designed for all levels. I offer modifications throughout, so you can go at your own pace. No flexibility or experience required. Most students start as complete beginners.

Online classes are live via Google Meet. After you book, Nikita will confirm your spot and send you the link before class.

For online classes: have your mat laid out, wear comfortable clothing and keep some water nearby. Make sure you have enough space to stretch your arms out. A laptop or tablet works best so you can see the screen while you practise. For studio classes: just bring yourself and comfortable clothing. Mats, props and everything else are provided. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in.

Choose a pass or drop-in from the pricing section, complete payment via Stripe, then reserve your spot on the Book a Class page. You can book multiple classes at once and come back anytime to book more.

Life happens, just let us know at least 24 hours before class. Cancel in time and the class is credited back to your pass. No-shows are counted as a used class. 5-class packs are valid for 3 months and 10-class packs for 6 months.
